Effective date: October 4, 2026.
If you sign in with Google, SATPrep Studio receives your Google account identifier, verified email address and display name. These identify your profile, let you return to saved progress and, for designated administrators, control access to administration features. The app does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars.
The app stores your practice selections, tests, question answers and answer changes, correctness, active question time, bookmarks, notes and lesson activity. It uses these records to restore sessions, show your practice history and calculate progress. Access to your profile is controlled by your sign-in session; the site operator can access the underlying database to maintain the service.
Essential cookies maintain guest and signed-in sessions and protect Google sign-in. Signed-in sessions expire after seven days. Guest access may be lost when the browser session ends, cookies are cleared or seven days pass. Signing out ends the current signed-in session; it does not delete saved practice records. The application does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Practice records are stored in the app's database hosted on Railway. The operator may retain database backups outside the hosting service for recovery. Google provides sign-in, and Google and Railway may process technical information such as IP addresses in providing their services. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
The application has no automatic deletion schedule for saved practice records or backups. Expiration of a cookie or guest session does not necessarily delete the corresponding database records. Do not enter sensitive personal information in practice notes.
For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of your profile and saved practice, contact the operator at support@satprepstudio.com. There is currently no self-service account deletion feature.
